What do I Offer?
A background in building technical training and developmental programs for software, soft skills, associate to C-Suite talent development, performance support, GTM, and engineering teams. My management style is built on clear communication, clear goals, and giving experienced teams the room to do their best work.Because I bring deep technical skills myself, I don't just manage projects; I dive into the details with my team to help them solve complex problems and mentor them through technical roadblocks.By connecting technical project requirements with practical training goals, I help teams stay aligned, work efficiently, and deliver high-quality programs on time.

A Note on My Portfolio & Confidentiality
To complement my professional profile, this space highlights key milestones, instructional design frameworks, and AI-enhanced content developed throughout my career in Learning & Development.Because much of this work was built globally for multi-billion-dollar enterprise environments, specific internal data and proprietary platforms are protected by strict corporate compliance policies.Instead, the high-level concepts and modern methodologies shared here illustrate my consistent ability to scale learning architecture, drive R&D enablement, and leverage cutting-edge automation toolsets to deliver continuous organizational impact.
1.0 Ai + Articulate 360
2.0 AI Ethics in a Global Economy
What is faster than the growth of AI?
The risks associated with AI.Article 4 of the EU AI Act mandates AI literacy to prevent misuse, and while it carries no direct, standalone fine, a lack of compliance can serve as an aggravating factor that escalates penalties for other violations, potentially reaching up to €15 million or 3% of global turnover.Click More to see how I address it...or how I don't?

Other Assets
Beyond core e-learning modules, my portfolio spans a diverse mix of cross-functional assets designed to meet complex, enterprise-wide enablement challenges.
Ai Ethics starts with Literacy

Ethics Starts with AI LiteracyTo exercise risk mitigation, businesses need to understand the legislative landscape and become AI literate. Using the EU AI Article 4 legislation as an example, this entails a three-tier strategy:Tier 1: Baseline - Mandatory basics for the entire organization.
Tier 2: Functional - HR, Marketing, & Operations
Tier 3: Expert - Leadership, Legal, & Technical TeamsBut how do I create initial courses to meet all the regulatory requirements and how do prove compliance?
I don't.

Elements of AI: A completely free, highly regarded introductory series.
Do NOT Reinvent the Wheel
FREE regulatory compliance courses exist today for each tier of the organization. This includes Microsoft A Literacy, Elements of AI, CeDAR, and Google AI Essentials, among others. These courses meet EU regulatory compliance standads and provide auditable certificates of completion. Leaving the company resources free to focus on the business.Bottomline: Be strategic.
Curate over create and look beyond your four walls. By selecting existing high-quality resources, it is sometimes more efficient than building them from scratch.
AI + Articulate 360

Tools: NotebookLM, Gemini AI, Articulate Rise AI
Note
Throughout the process, needs and audience analysis, SME engagement, and most importantly, keeping the human in the validation process were integral for success.
**Ai Models Used to Compress the Development Lifecycle ***
1. Gathered the source content and supplemented with SOPs, SME meetings, Confluence pages, etc.
2. Utilized AI to suggest a content structure.
3. Mapped the tasks to roles, and accuracy was validated.
4. Developed each task as a microlearning and uploaded the document to Articulate Rise AI to generate the base course structure.
5. Knowledge checks with powerful distractors were developed with AI and hosted in a question pool.
6. Interactive and creative elements were implemented to ensure the learner was engaging.
* The first "introductory" component is presented below. Other components were structural and operational.
Rise Review
Output
The content was structured as a series of microlearnings and delivered in two ways:
1. As a curriculum for first-time exposure to the content in the LMS.
2. Made available as LIFW (Learning in the Flow of Work) via informal channels for performance support as required in the moment of need.Achieved Three Goals:
Stakeholder - Tracked compliance and version badged via the LMS.
End User - Empowered employees via LIFW availability, increasing successful use.
L&D - Content quickly created and, importantly, easily maintained for the rapid nature of changes being made to processes.
ChatGPT and Articulate Interactivity
Integrating an AI tool like ChatGPT with Articulate Storyline puts the power of AI right in your learners' hands.

While specific enterprise implementations remain proprietary, this abstract model illustrates my approach to blending AI automation with traditional ID frameworks for modern learning experience design.
Ok. That is a VERY simple example. AI + Storyline is easy. Good design is the hard part.
Before promising a dynamic AI experience to your stakeholders, ask two questions:ROI: Is the juice worth the squeeze? (Do the API costs justify the outcome?)Impact: Does an AI-driven path actually help the learner master the content faster?Great instructional designers don't just build cool tech - they protect the business.Be a steward of the budget, focus on efficient training, and ensure the tech serves the design, not the other way around.
